  David is an absolute crook. He is a liar and very pushy. I had seen an advertisement on Craigslist for demolition services and he underbid all other contractors. Well, so I thought. He kept telling me he was going to be showing up at my house when I hadn't even hired him. We weren't ready for his services yet.
  He came out on Jan 22 at 10:30 am and said my husband gave him the green light. I said we weren't ready. He was pushy and I was dealing with a migraine. He told me to sign his paperwork that he added another $200 for clearing the areas that needed to be demoed.
  I called my husband and he said go ahead and sign, so I did.
  They began working for about an hour and then some stranger lady popped up in my back yard. Her name was Robin. The bobcat stopped working for over 1/2 hour and David talked to this woman about using MY CONCRETE as flagstone style in HER YARD. Why didn't he offer this to me? He knew we had a tight budget; what a creep. Meanwhiile, I am PAYING HIM TO DRUM UP OTHER BUSINESS USING MY MATERIAL!
  He worked another hour or so then it got silent. He and his helper, Pablo, left and were gone for well over 1.5 hours. HE CHARGED ME BY THE HOUR and CHARGED ME TO DROP OFF MY MATERIAL OVER TO THIS OTHER LADY'S HOUSE.
  He tried to increase his "CONTRACT" BY ANOTHER $2,000. It would have been less expensive for me to use a reputable company. I asked him to just pile up the dirt and we would get rid of it on Craigslist. Next thing I know he walked off the job. I quickly printed release of mechanic's lien papers and took my checkbook out to him to settle this. I ended up paying more for his initial contract. He cleared my check very quickly. Why would it take 2 men to go to the dump in a dump truck???? He maybe ran his bobcat here for 3 hours tops. I paid over 1200 for him to ruin my yard.
  BEWARE; HE WILL BAIT AND SWITCH YOU. HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. LEFT TIRE MARKS, RUINED A WALKWAY THAT WAS NOT IN THE LINE OF WHERE THE BOBCAT HAD TO GO...HE IS A SWINDLER!
  HIS BID IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL PAY; HE CHARGES BY THE HOUR; WHEN I ASKED HIM WHERE HE DUMPED HE TOLD ME IT WAS NONE OF MY BUSINESS! I SAID IT SURELY WAS AS I WAS PAYING FOR HIM BY THE HOUR AND FOR THE DUMP FEES!!!! PABLO TOLD ME THEY TOOK MY MATERIAL TO ROBIN'S HOUSE AND 'SAVED DUMP FEES'. DAVID CHARGED ME FOR DUMP FEES ANYWAYS. WHEN I CONFRONTED DAVID HE SAID, 'PABLO NEEDS TO KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT'. GEEZ, WHAT A SWINDLING LIAR!
